Turn on the broiler to high
place the prosciutto on a baking sheet and drizzle with a tiny bit of honey
broil for about 2-3 mins until golden brown (watch these closely)
toast a slice of sourdough
add a layer of pesto to the sourdough and then add slices of deli turkey
add some more pesto and cherry tomatoes
top with the crispy honey prosciutto and fresh basil
turn on the broiler to high
mix the Dijon, Mayo and fresh cracked black pepper in a small bowl and add a few thyme leaves
spread on a layer of the Dijon mayo
add the ham and drizzle with a bit of honey
top with grated gruyere and broil on high about 3-5 mins until golden brown and bubbly
toast the sourdough
add a layer of hummus
top with the thinly sliced radishes
drizzle on the Calabrian chili oil
top with Maldon salt and garnish with fresh herbs
add the avocado to a small bowl and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped chives
mash the avocado mixture until you get the desired consistency
pickle the sliced red onions by letting them sit in the red wine vinegar for about 20 mins before serving
