Gruyere, grated
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Mayo
fresh cracked black pepper
fresh thyme

fresh radishes, thinly sliced
1 tsp Calabrian chili oil
Maldon salt
Avocado Tartine
1 Avocado
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp Chopped chives
⅛ tsp Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
¼ Red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 Fresno chili, sliced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Turkey & Pesto Tartine w Crispy Honey Prosciutto
1Turn on the broiler to high

2place the prosciutto on a baking sheet and drizzle with a tiny bit of honey
3broil for about 2-3 mins until golden brown (watch these closely)
4toast a slice of sourdough
5add a layer of pesto to the sourdough and then add slices of deli turkey
6add some more pesto and cherry tomatoes
7top with the crispy honey prosciutto and fresh basil
Hot Honey Ham & Gruyere
8turn on the broiler to high

9mix the Dijon, Mayo and fresh cracked black pepper in a small bowl and add a few thyme leaves
10spread on a layer of the Dijon mayo
11add the ham and drizzle with a bit of honey
12top with grated gruyere and broil on high about 3-5 mins until golden brown and bubbly

15top with the thinly sliced radishes
16drizzle on the Calabrian chili oil
17top with Maldon salt and garnish with fresh herbs
Avocado Tartine
18add the avocado to a small bowl and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped chives

19mash the avocado mixture until you get the desired consistency
20pickle the sliced red onions by letting them sit in the red wine vinegar for about 20 mins before serving
21toast the sourdough and add a layer of the avocado mash
22top with Maldon salt, a sliced Fresno Chili and fresh cilantro
