BBQ Dry Rub
 1 tbsp Kosher salt
 1.50 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
 1.50 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tsp cumin
 1.50 tsp cayenne pepper
 1 tbsp brown sugar
Ribs
 1 rack baby back pork ribs
 1 bottle Head Country BBQ sauce

preheat the oven to 300 degrees

mix all the ingredients for the dry rub together in a small bowl

season each side of the ribs with 1 tablespoon of the dry rub per side

place ribs on a large piece of foil

add 3-4 cups of BBQ sauce being sure both sides are coated

top with another piece of tin foil and close all sides to make a sealed foil pack (use a third pice if it is not completely sealed

place the foil packed rib on a baking sheet and bake for 3 hours

remove the ribs from the oven and serve on a large platter

top with a drizzle of the remaining BBQ sauce and garnish with cilantro
