Kale Salad
1 bunch curly organic kale, finely chopped
¼ cup roasted & salted cashews, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
7 fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 serrano pepper, sliced
Ponzu Sesame Dressing
4 tbsp Ponzu
2 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 green onion, white part only (diced)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp organic honey

add all the ingredients together and stir until incorporated
