 1.50 lbs Beef tenderloin, trimmed and tied
 ½ tsp Kosher salt
 1 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 4 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
 2 tbsp Salted butter
 2 tbsp olive oil

Season all side of the tenderloin w salt, pepper and garlic powder

Add the tenderloin to a baking dish and add Worcestershire, being sure to coat all sides

Let marinate at room temp at least 30 mins and up to 2 hours

Preheat oven to 500

Pat the tenderloin dry with a paper towel

Heat the olive oil over a high flame until the pan is super hot

Sear on all sides for 2 mins per side

Top with the butter and add entire pan to the 500 degree oven

9

Cook for 15 mins for med rare

10

Let rest 7 mins before serving
